ARK Invest’s Cathie Wood Says SEC Crypto Crackdown Great for Decentralization but Not So Good for US
February 14, 2023 4936 by adminArk InvestCEO indicated that the latest enforcement action issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) may have a negative impact on the competitiveness of the host country's login password industry.
Nienwood shows that the strict regulatory differences in China may promote the trading website of the headquarters of forex platform technology leading companies in the United States.
->Wood suggests that the impact of SEC on data encryption companies could obliterate US competitiveness and assist outside exchange platforms.
As a result, the thematic activities have shifted to offshore account exchanges or self-control, their own territorial sovereignty and self-regulation? Check and balance and win. Wow! However, taking full account of regulatory arbitrage, American exchanges have lost to other exchanges, which I think will not be so beneficial to the competitiveness of the United States in login password reform.
Wood was referring to SEC's decision to attack Kraken, a US login password service platform, with Kraken driving the company to shut down its bargaining scheme and pay a $30 million penalty. Hester Pierce, the SEC committee that applies data encryption, suggests that trying to regulate the industry with inspections is unfair and inefficient.
Alex bridge, a popular economist and login password trader, allowed Mr wood to take a stand on the government procurement process, pointing out that banning American exchanges from offering betting services could make ETH a more fragmented property.
"this will happen in a few weeks, … Similar to the situation when China banned BTC (for the last time!) People who make up stories believe that this is good for Bitcoin, because Bitcoin mining will be concentrated in the United States, not China.
A good narrative later is that US exchanges / custodians are strictly prohibited from betting on service items, which will help to bet that downchain or foreign transactions [represent] ETH is no longer centralized and will no longer be manipulated by US regulators. Decentralized ETH is better.
